Parts of Sanbon-dong and Geumjeong-dong were designated for housing development, followed by apartments and growing administrative demand. Homes, schools, commerce, parks and roads formed a planned system, but they did not arrive at once. Earlier villages, early residents’ service gaps and future renewal stages belong to the history as well. Use dated official records and public routes, respect residents and workers, and keep legends, plans and completed facilities clearly separated.
