The old narrow-gauge Suin Line moved salt from Sorae and also carried residents, merchants and students. Calling it only a salt train erases passenger life; romantic nostalgia erases slow, crowded travel and railway labor. The modern Suin–Bundang electric line has a different gauge, infrastructure and operating system.
