Sunguijeon was a Joseon ritual space for the preceding Goryeo dynasty

Sunguijeon shows Joseon placing rites for kings and loyal officials of Goryeo within the new dynasty’s political order. Buildings and ceremonies changed through destruction and reconstruction, so the present complex is not an untouched Goryeo survival and ritual labor also deserves attention. Use dated official information, remain in public areas, respect residents and workers, and record uncertainty instead of filling it with a dramatic claim.
