Read the structure first
Relocation can mean loss of an original setting and acquisition of a new civic role at the same time. After looking outward, examine railing, columns, roof proportions and floor direction to see how the pavilion actively selects a view rather than simply occupying a scenic hill.
Separate evidence and reconstruction
The pavilion selects a view of Silleuksa, the river and town, but today that frame also contains bridges, roads and embankments. Relocation and repair gave the building a new role inside a public park. It is therefore an observation point for urban change, not a transparent window onto an unchanged historical landscape.

Use care on steps and slopes; the pavilion stands inside a park shared with residents.
