The former Bangok Station is a single-story building dating from around the 1940s and is now Registered Cultural Heritage. It no longer serves regular passenger trains. The Jungang Line crossed this village long before public agencies and apartment blocks formed the innovation district.
A small station connected rural routines
It never handled metropolitan crowds. Residents, students, produce, and household goods passed through, and the timetable divided the day. Small scale is part of transport history, not evidence that the station was unimportant.
Railway improvement changed access again
Line relocation ended the building’s original function. Plans to reuse disused tracks may change, so do not describe proposed attractions as completed.
Railway safety comes before photographs
Public access to the building and nearby land can vary. If doors are closed, do not enter; confirm that tracks and tunnels are officially open before approaching them.
